SANTA CLARITA BASED COCO MOM’S SET TO HOST BREAST CANCER AWARENESS WORKOUT WITH CELEBRITY FITNESS TRAINER MAC SOLOMAN

October 14, 2022 (Santa Clarita, CA) Coco Mom’s, a Santa Clarita based non profit organization dedicated to providing support for mothers of color in the Santa Clarita Valley has announced that they will be hosting a breast cancer awareness workshop and workout in partnership with Henry Mayo Hospital, Circle of Hope, and Remedy Athletix, led by celebrity fitness trainer Mac Soloman on Sunday, October 16th starting at 9:00 a.m., the event will be located at The Santa Clarita Athletic Club and is free to the public, registration required.

“We are thrilled to be putting on this event in conjunction with our wonderful partners, breast cancer awareness and physical health are instrumental in maintaining a happy and healthy Santa Clarita Valley community,” said Kei Kei Lee, who serves as the Executive Director ofCoco Moms. “We strive to bring free wellness events like this one to our community as much as we can, there is truly nothing more valuable than overall health.”

The event will kick off at 9 a.m. with an informational workshop pertaining to breast cancer from Henry Mayo Hospital and Circle of Hope. Followed immediately by a HIIT-ROBIX class taught by Mac Soloman, HIIT-ROBIX features a mixture of high intensity interval training and aerobics techniques to keep your heart rate high throughout the duration of the class while building lean muscle and shedding body fat.
