5 Content Creation Tools That Aren’t Canva

Are you tired of using Canva? Me neither. Though, sometimes Canva can’t provide all the things you need to edit a post and create the aesthetic we are all craving. Here are 5 tools that will expand your content creation and help you build your dream feed.

Adobe Color

With Adobe Color you are able to find any color palette, ever. Users are able to upload their photos and Adobe Color will identify color themes based on the photos. It even gives you options to choose color palettes based on your preferred brightness and tones. Adobe Color also offers curated photos on their “explore” and “trends” pages, which may provide you with inspiration. This tool is amazing to use when developing a theme for your social media pages.

Dazz Cam

Dazz Cam is a one-time purchase app that gives access to “filters” in the form of cameras. With over thirty choices of vintage cameras, users can use the app directly to take photos or record and it will automatically add your selected camera’s filter. It is such a fun way to add spice to your story videos or photos.

SCRL

SCRL is an IOS app where you create album posts that transition seamlessly as you scroll through photos. It is a great way to post collages or a photoshoot. It is an easy way to add some creativity to posts that otherwise may be bland. Check out their Instagram for inspiration!

Unfold

Unfold is like Canva’s trendy younger sister. It offers tons of various themed templates in a freemium (free with access to more with a premium subscription) app. This app is great when trying to create content for younger, trendy audiences. Users have access to unique filters for videos and photos and are also able to create bio sites. Bio sites allow influencers and businesses to have one link for all their various projects for followers.

Preview

In a time where Instagram feeds need to be visually pleasing, Preview is a must. Preview is an app that lets users link their Instagram accounts and “preview” how posts will look on their feed. It’s an all-in-one tool where you can edit photos, check out your personal analytics and compare your account to competitors.

Canva is an old reliable when it comes to content creation, however, there are endless tools to help you improve your personal or business social media accounts. Try one or all of these tools out for your next post and have fun creating something!
